Therapy in West Bridgford – Location & Fees
I work from The Bay Therapy Centre, West Bridgford (NG2 5BB) — a calm, welcoming space designed to support reflection and therapeutic work. The centre is easily accessible by public transport, with both on-site and nearby on-street parking available.
I offer 1-1 sessions for adults either in-person or via the online platform: Zoom. Please do message to discuss any questions you may have about delivery of sessions.
Fees:
Therapy: £65-70 per 50 minute session. Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis.
Supervision: £70 per 1 hour session for individuals. Longer sessions are also available or by arrangement for small groups.
Payable via bank transfer or cash. I review prices annually.
